Everyone was extremely helpful through the entire process, from consult, day of surgery, and aftercare appointment. The front desk was able to help me with insurance quotes and scheduling. Dr. Alford checked in directly same day after surgery to be sure all was on track recovery wise. They got me in last minute on a Friday for an aftercare tutorial when I had questions. Heart of Texas Oral Surgery made the process as pleasant as it can be while dealing with oral surgery. It felt like I was working with a small office where you can call in and actually get answers quickly versus a call center transferring departments. Thankful for their care.

Can't say enough good things about this doctor and his staff. I'm 86 and just had an old root canal molar that had to be extracted. I was anxious about the pain but Dr. Alford gave me an anesthetic to make me feel comfortable. No post-op pain either! Even though they didn't take my insurance, Trina was a angel. She filled out a claim form from my provider and gave me all the back-up info that I'd need to get the claim filed. Thank you all for being so kind and caring.
